Refund policy

At Freedom Boutique we want you to absolutely love your purchase. We understand that there may be times you need to return something. We have a 30-day return policy, which means returns must be delivered back to us within 30 calendar days. If you do local pickup, this will be 30 days from the time that your order was ready for pick up.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be new and unworn, with all original tags attached. No makeup, self-tanner, perfume, deodorant, smells or any sign of use can be on the item.

Returns will be for store credit only, and we will email you a Freedom Boutique gift card for the purchase price of your item minus any shipping charges. We do not provide return labels, and we are not responsible for return shipping costs, lost or stolen packages.

Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Damaged Items

We encourage you to try on your items as soon as you receive them. If an item is damaged, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving your item. Please contact us at support@shopfreedomboutique.com with a picture of the damage item. We will do our best to replace the item, but if we are unable to replace it, we will issue you a refund to the original form of payment.

Exchanges

Due to the quick turnover of our inventory, we cannot offer a direct exchange. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to be invoiced for the new size/item(s) and pay that new invoice. Once I receive the item you wish to exchange, I will issue a refund to the original form of payment. Please begin the exchange process by contacting us at support@shopfreedomboutique.com.

Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items that are not returnable will be marked as FINAL SALE on the website and your invoice.
